For IT and security teams

What touches your systems, and who holds the keys.

Every Klizer agent runs in your environment, reads only what it needs, and changes nothing without approval. Here's exactly how it works.

Nothing is stored with Klizer. Nothing writes back without approval.

The controls

Seven things your security review will ask.

01

Where it runs

In your cloud account or on your own servers. Your keys, your data residency. Nothing is stored with Klizer.

02

What it can access

Read-only credentials by default. Each agent reads only the tables and fields agreed and documented during setup.

03

What it can change

Nothing on its own. Every write-back goes through an approval route your team defines, such as pricing owner then finance.

04

Which AI model

Your own model provider account or an open-weight model on your servers. You own it, so you control which model runs and what it costs. Your data is never used to train models for anyone else.

05

What gets logged

Every recommendation traces to its source records. Every decision records who approved it and when.

06

Who owns it

You do. Source code, prompts, workflows and logs transfer to you at go-live. No license fee. It keeps running if you stop working with us.

07

Certified

Klizer is SOC 2 certified, and the same controls cover Klizer AI: how we access, handle and protect your systems during setup and support.

During setup

Less than you'd expect.

  • Read-only credentials for the agreed systems
  • One technical contact
  • About an hour a week
  • A place to host it: your cloud account or a server
After go-live

Yours to run.

  • Runs in your environment like any internal app
  • 2 weeks of support included after go-live
  • Enhancements and new features after that on time and materials
  • Full handover documentation

Questions IT asks first.

Do you need admin or write access to our ERP?

No. Agents use read-only credentials. Write-backs, where you want them, go through your approval route.

Do you store our data?

No. The agents and their data stay in your cloud account or on your servers.

Which AI model processes our data?

Your own model provider account or an open-weight model on your own servers. You choose during setup and you control usage and cost.

Can we turn an agent off?

Yes. It's your deployment. Stop it, remove its access or pause write-backs at any time.

Who supports it after go-live?

Your first two weeks after go-live are supported at no cost. After that, your team owns it, and any enhancements or new features are billed on time and materials.

Which systems do you connect to?

ERP, PIM, CRM, commerce and warehouse systems, including Epicor Prophet 21, Epicor Kinetic, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Akeneo, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce and Shopify B2B.

Is Klizer SOC 2 certified?

Yes. Klizer is SOC 2 certified, and the same controls apply to Klizer AI projects.
