Enrichment Agent
For product data and ecommerce teams
Supplier files in. Complete, channel-ready product content out.
The Enrichment Agent is an AI agent for manufacturers and distributors. It reads supplier files, spec sheets, PDFs, product records in your PIM, ecommerce platform or ERP, marketplace requirements, site search logs, sales by product family, watches for missing attributes, unit mismatches, duplicate SKUs, schema drift, and hands back complete product records with mapped attributes and a QA report. It never publish to a channel without your review step. It runs on Akeneo, inRiver, Salsify, Prophet 21 and goes live in 3–4 weeks.
What would you ask Enrichment?
Illustrative sample records, figures and external signals (weather, permits, commodity, tariff and competitor data) show the agent's intended behavior. They are fictional; no live system, company, or customer data is connected here.
The problem the Enrichment Agent solves: The catalog is always three suppliers behind.
A spec sheet arrives as a PDF. Someone retypes forty attributes wherever your product data lives, guesses at six of them, and the listing goes live incomplete.

- 02MapsAttributes onto your product schema in your PIM, ecommerce platform or ERP, with a confidence score on every field it inferred.
- 03FlagsWhat it could not resolve, so your team reviews forty fields instead of retyping four thousand.

Before you ask: Enrichment Agent questions and answers
How accurate is it?
Accuracy on a test set isn't enough. It has to hold up on your live systems. We work with you on your own data and prove it on your use case, running against your production systems.
Do we need a PIM?
No. It works wherever your product data lives: a PIM, your ecommerce platform or your ERP. It writes back to the same place, after review.
What happens to an attribute it cannot infer?
It leaves the field empty and flags it for review, with the sources it checked. It does not guess.
Can it handle a supplier who changes format every quarter?
Yes. It detects renamed or moved columns, proposes a new mapping for approval, and reuses that mapping on the supplier's next file.
Does it overwrite an attribute we set by hand?
No. Values your team approved are protected. When supplier data disagrees, it becomes a review item.
How do we audit what it changed and why?
Every value records its source file, page or cell, a confidence score, the reviewer and a timestamp.
