Pricing Agent
For pricing managers and sales leaders
Recommends a defensible price move, then waits for a human to approve it.
The Pricing Agent is an AI agent for manufacturers and distributors. It reads landed cost, price lists, contracts, quotes and exception log, order history, competitor prices, commodity indexes, tariff notices, watches for cost moves, competitor changes, contract renewals, margin floors, and hands back price recommendations with the evidence and margin impact per line. It never write a price back to the ERP unapproved. It runs on Prophet 21, Epicor, SAP, Infor, Epicor Kinetic, Dynamics 365 and goes live in 4–6 weeks.
What would you ask Pricing?
Illustrative sample records, figures and external signals (weather, permits, commodity, tariff and competitor data) show the agent's intended behavior. They are fictional; no live system, company, or customer data is connected here.
The problem the Pricing Agent solves: The price is defensible until someone asks why.
Cost moved, a competitor moved, a contract renewed. The update happens in a spreadsheet and the reasoning lives in one person's head.

Before you ask: Pricing Agent questions and answers
How accurate is it?
Accuracy on a test set isn't enough. It has to hold up on your live systems. We work with you on your own data and prove it on your use case, running against your production systems.
Where do the competitor feeds come from?
Public competitor prices collected on a schedule you set, plus any feeds or quotes you already have. Every price keeps its source and date.
Can we set a hard margin floor it cannot cross?
Yes. A price below the floor becomes an exception for commercial review, never a ready-to-approve recommendation.
How many approval steps can we define?
As many as your process needs. Most teams use two, such as pricing owner then finance.
What does the audit trail record?
The recommendation, its evidence, each approver's decision and time, and what was written back to the ERP.
