Inventory Agent
For purchasing, planners and branch managers
Sees the stockout coming while there is still time to order.
The Inventory Agent is an AI agent for manufacturers and distributors. It reads stock by branch, open orders, lead times, supplier notices and return agreements, demand history, weather outlooks, building permits, construction starts, watches for shortage windows, overstock, lead-time drift, demand shifts, and hands back replenishment recommendations by warehouse, with the reasoning attached. It never raise a purchase order on its own. It runs on Prophet 21, Epicor, Infor, SAP, Epicor Kinetic, Dynamics 365 and goes live in 4–5 weeks.
What would you ask Inventory?
Illustrative sample records, figures and external signals (weather, permits, commodity, tariff and competitor data) show the agent's intended behavior. They are fictional; no live system, company, or customer data is connected here.
The problem the Inventory Agent solves: You find out when a customer asks.
Demand shifted six weeks ago. The reorder point never moved. The line is short on the day it ships, and somewhere else money is sitting on a shelf.

Before you ask: Inventory Agent questions and answers
How accurate is it?
Accuracy on a test set isn't enough. It has to hold up on your live systems. We work with you on your own data and prove it on your use case, running against your production systems.
Can it raise a purchase order automatically?
No. It prepares buyer-ready recommendations. Purchase orders are created only through your approval process.
How does it handle seasonal demand?
It forecasts from your demand history by branch plus outside signals such as weather outlooks and building permits, so seasonal peaks show up before they arrive.
What if our lead-time data is unreliable?
It compares stated lead times with actual receipt dates, flags suppliers whose lead times have drifted, and uses the actual figures in its projections.
Does it work per branch or across the network?
Both. It forecasts per branch and checks whether another branch can cover a shortage before recommending a new order.
